Ionescu, dubbed as Sa-3-na, can be described as the ultimate shooter. In 2023 Ionescu scored 37 points in the Three-Point Contest, the highest in WNBA history. For comparison, Steph Curry holds the NBA record with 31 points. Ionescu is also the fastest player in WNBA history to knock down 300 3-pointers.
