Return Policy

1. Right to Return

You have the right to return store items within 14 days without giving any reason. This does not extend to gift cards or to custom artworks (commissions), which will have separate terms agreed upon in the contract.

2. Return Period

The return period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise the right to return, you must inform us (Kadi Kullerkann, [email protected], Pihlaka 8, Keila 76609) of your decision to return by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). 

4. The Return Deadline

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to return before the return period has expired.

5. Effects of return

If you return an item, you will receive in-store credit in the original amount that can be used against any order from the online shop. Please allow up to 5 business days of processing time to receive your code for store credit on your email.  

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
